Banff, Johnston Canyon - Frozen upper falls on a winter day

Johnston Canyon, Banff National Park, Alberta

Johnston Canyon's upper falls as seen from the end of the boardwalk. This area sustained a bit of flood damage from the 2013 floods in that there are now a bunch of dead trees piled up against the base of the boardwalk.

Protip: don't drop your trekking poles. :)
